Die chinesische Teegeschichte von Pu'er Tee ist faszinierend. Pu 'er Tee ist eine der ältesten Teesorten Chinas mit einer reichen Geschichte von über 1700 Jahren. PU-Erh-Tee kann sofort getrunken oder über viele Jahre gereift werden; Pu-erh-Tees werden oft jetzt nach Jahr und Region der Produktion klassifiziert, ähnlich wie Weinjahrgänge. Das Pu Erh Teeblatt wird besser und resultiert in einem reichen Geschmack während des Alterungsprozesses.

Der Pu-erh Tee besteht aus zarten getrockneten Teeblättern, Es wurde aus den alten Teebäumen auf hoher Höhe in Yunnan von China ausgewählt und natürlich unter sanitären Bedingungen gealtert, kein Fisch oder muffiger Geruch, süß, glatt, dessen kühner, erdiger Geschmack es zu Ihrem täglichen Lieblingsgetränk machen wird, geeignet zum Trinken und Sammeln.

Brewing Puerh Tee:

1. Teetasse und Teekanne mit heißem Wasser abspülen.
2. Verwenden Sie etwa 5-8 Gramm Teeblätter (2-3,5 Teelöffel) für jeden 225 ml Wasser.
3. Starkes Teeblatt in heißem Wasser bei 100,C für 1 Minute für das erste und zweite Brühen.
4. Steigzeit und Temperatur für das anschließende Brühen schrittweise erhöhen.
5. Nachfüllen, wenn Tasse oder Teekanne noch 1/3 voll ist.

Die Lagerung von Puerh Tee:

Vor Gezeiten schützen, eigentümlicher Geruch, hält bei niedriger Temperatur. Der Geschmack und die Farbe des Puerh-Tees ändern sich, wenn er über einen bestimmten Zeitraum ordnungsgemäß gelagert wird; frischer roher Tee brüht in eine helle, gelbliche Brühe und besitzt einen starken, fast harten Geschmack; gealterter roher Tee brüht eine Bernsteinbrühe und besitzt einen milden Geschmack. Frischer reifer Tee brüht in eine helle rote Brühe mit einem glatten, milden Geschmack; alter reifer Tee brüht dunkelrot mit einem dicken, milden Geschmack. Der Geschmack, die Qualität und der Wert von Puerh Tee steigen mit der Zeit ständig mit der richtigen Lagerung, und je länger desto besser.

The Chinese tea history of Pu'er tea is fascinating. Pu'er tea is one of the oldest type of tea in China with a rich history of over 1700 years. Pu-erh tea can be drunk immediately or aged for many years; pu-erh teas are often now classified by year and region of production much like wine vintages. The Pu Erh tea leaf gets better and results in a rich flavor during the aging process.

The Pu-erh tea is made of tender dried tea leaves, it was selected from the ancient tea trees at high altitude area in Yunnan of China, and naturally aged under sanitary condition, no fishy or musty smell, being sweet, smooth,  whose bold, earthy flavor will make it your favorite daily drink, fit for drinking and collecting. 

Brewing Puerh Tea:

1. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water.
2. Use about 5-8 grams of tea leaves (2-3.5 teaspoons) for every 225 ml of water.
3. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 100.C for 1 minute for the first and second brewing.
4. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
5. Refill when  cup or teapot is still 1/3 full. 

The Storage of Puerh Tea:

Protect against the tide, peculiar smell, keeps in low temperature. The flavor and color of Puerh Tea changes when properly stored over a period of time; fresh raw tea brews into a bright, yellowish broth and possesses a strong, almost harsh flavor; aged raw tea brews an amber broth and possesses a mellow flavor. Fresh ripe tea brews into a bright red broth possessing a smooth mellow flavor; old ripe tea brews dark red with a thick mellow flavor. The flavor, quality and value of Puerh tea constantly increases over time with proper storage,and the longer the better.

Soft and mellow black tea with rose notes

When made gongfu style it's soft and mellow with prominent rose notes in the first two steeps. The following steeps bring out a bit of astringency and bitterness, but still followed by the floral notes nevertheless. I enjoyed this one, I might get it again.

The tea is great. I would say one of the best to my taste. Pity it had no label on zip pack at all. Also it wasn’t Golden Monkey but rather Golden Buds I think. Otherwise one of my favorite now.
